1. Data collected

  • Visiting and browsing. No data will be automatically recorded that could be used to personally identify users (“Users”) as a result of visiting and browsing this website (the “Website”) of Lucena e Vale, Gomes da Silva e Associados, SP, RL, taxpayer 617147840, located at Rua Joaquim António de Aguiar, 43 1 esquerdo, Lisbon. However, certain information is collected and recorded in the systems used by LVGS (e.g. type of Internet browser, operating system, IP address) in order to improve Users’ browsing experience and to manage the Website itself.
  • Data request. If you wish to contact LVGS, you will be asked to provide certain personal data, including name, email address, company name, professional occupation and professional contact.

2. Controller

LVGS controls the processing of the data that are collected or generated as a result of Users accessing, using and browsing the Website, and the monitoring of the use of the Website.

3. Purposes of processing

In addition to managing the requests for information directed to LVGS, LVGS has a legitimate interest in using the data that are collected or generated in order to:

Users may exercise their right of access, rights to rectification, erasure, object, restriction of processing and data portability, when applicable, with respect to the processing for which LVGS is the controller, by sending a written request to the email alv@lvgs.pt / jgs@lvgs.pt, providing evidence of their identity. They may also contact the Portuguese Data Protection Agency.
